Ms. Citelli was born in Maracaibo. Like all of the students, she studied at an international school. In 2003 she earned her bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Boston University. Currently, she is pursuing her certificate in Bilingual Education (EC-6) from the Region 4 Alternate Education Program in Texas. Ms. Citelli is thrilled to be working with our 1st and 2nd graders. When asked what she thought of CIPLC Ms. Citelli replied, “I am amazed at the children’s eagerness to learn. The classrooms and their environment have been set up so that the children don’t miss a minute. I love the community feeling at CIPLC and hope to be staying longer!”
